DESIRE

Every desire (good or bad) has price tag attached to it. It is important to be able to evaluate this well to check what we need to pursue. Running from necessary challenges does not make you an hero. However, some pursuits are unnecessary. Desire initiated pride, greed, envy, indiscipline, and other negative habits and act will demand for the price, pains are usually involved. Legitimate desires are however not free of challenges, but there is a joy that outlive them

IMPACT LIVES, DO NOT COMPLETE
I recently saw someone frustratingly trying to secure recognition! He wanted to impress every one. So he displayed excesses and borrowed ideas he won't even need. He neglected his core strength. You cannot be someone else and impact your world. Be yourself, and only the best of yourself is enough. It is important to light one's world with the acquired skill, learnt wisdom and knowledge; only with a purposeful intention and utmost sense of duty. Do not be someone else. Do not compete but impact lives positively.

ARE YOU A THREAT TO YOUSELF?

Threat is everywhere, but check if you aren't the greatest threat to your life, progress and success! Blaming others does not require learning, it is one of the habits formed by default in every human. But a real desire for successful anticipation that matters requires deliberate break off from Blame game; it is one decision you stand to appreciate all your life. Confront this threat and others nursed by your attitude. Take responsibility for your life!

LEADER’S INSENSITIVITY

Leader's insensitivity to the welfare of his or her team could be an indicator of his or her priorities. These could be personal interest or ignorance driven.

Good, you heard them say "you're Nice". Be sure you really are with wise and guided principles. And that such statement is not a reward for your exhibition of foolishness.
If you are principled without mercies, it is simply wickedness and that Initiated and supervised by ignorance and foolishness is catastrophic.
It is better that your " No"or "Yes" is in the best interest of growth and progress.It may not be understood now but will be by their fruits!
A compromise of truth, worthy standards and quality does not make you "NICE'

 KNOWING PEOPLE

Sometimes you don't know people until you are silent. Another time, until you interact with them! You'll need to be prepared for surprises because tittles, beauty and intelligence may contradict characters. Understanding the full potential, strength and weakness is responsibly necessary in helping individual attain his or her height. But a bad character can murder all good hopes!

HOME FRONT TEAM

A self centred person is an unnecessary burden in a marriage relationship!

If you are self centred person, do not consider marrying, you'll be unnecessary burden in that relationship. Mutual sacrifices are rules for peace, lubricate and maintain Love. No sacrifice is less important in that home team. All necessary sacrifices must be given for the well being of the home team. Keeping score of sacrifices given or giving as the best is a ploy to divide the front and strength of that home. Sometimes, silence and outspokenness may need be sacrificed for peace. A man or a woman who is mindful of himself/herself is a burden in a marriage relationship. A high degree of the selfishness may sink the home.

BEWARE

Those who give all kinds of excuses for failure are potential backstabber of success.

While pursuing your personal happiness, be careful not to become selfish in the process! Consistently audit yourself

While creating quality and productive environment, do not compromise the health, safety and welfare of the people.

Do not be stereotype: you need to be dynamic to survive disappointment and keep victory!

You do not need all knowledge in life, but it is not profitable ignoring the relevant ones to your calling, career and life. Ignoring relevant knowledge and wisdom now, will water the seed of future embarrassment

When God can have and access a person’s heart, devil cannot stage a successful rebellion within.

Sacrifices are one of the currencies at home. There is no successful home without mutual sacrifice from her members. These sacrifices should not be seen as weaknesses or foolishness. They must be acknowledged and appreciated.

WEB OF STRENGTH
A team is a web of strength!
A well coordinated network of abilities fractionating weaknesses!
Not all groups of people are blessed with this. Where personal interest survive or overshadowed collective interest of the group; such group can never have team spirited experience. Comparison and competition within a group is a distraction from becoming a team that pursues a common goal. Individuals have been given a self centred target to be better than others. All forms of vices are invented to achieve that.
Group members need to be challenged, encouraged and motivated to contribute their best abilities and strengths to collective goals.
This is the way a family, organization and a nation can secure and sustain relevance, progress and prosperity!

QUALITY ASSURANCE IN THE CHURCH

Cases of mismanagement of resources, problem of accountability, sex-scandals, abuse of power, time wasting, scams and frauds etc abounds.
All about the Bible is to ensure quality and religious association must play important role.
Whoever goes to church must feel and be safe to do so. Their time and resources cannot be wasted. No one irrespective of their vulnerability can be taken advantage of.
The church (each denomination) should be a place of inspiration and empowerment.
All categories of human should be able to encounter God there!

WHAT TYPE OF WORKER ARE YOU

A good Samaritan or a cankerworm? A good shepherd or hireling, what type of worker are you in the vineyard of God
