SUICIDE IS NOT THE ANSWER!

We may continue to blame those people that ended their own lives for whatever reasons, unfortunately they’re not around to hear from us of how disappointed we feel with them because they cave in and didn’t give us a nice story to tell. No one has the right to take his or her own life because he or she didn’t give it in the first place. SUICIDE IS NOT THE ANSWER!

You’re not alone! - It doesn’t matter what you’re going through, truth is you’re not the only one in that situation. Many people have gone through, and still going through the same situation, and even worse, yet they didn’t contemplate suicide. If other people went through what you’re going through and didn’t cave in, you too can go through and stand at the end of it. You may think your situation is the worst until you listen to someone else’s stories!

There’s still something left! – It doesn’t matter how terrible things may be around you, there’ll always be some bright spots that can brighten up your life. There’s no time in your life that you’ll ever lose everything. Yes! You may have lost your job, but you’ve not lost your brain; you may have lost your wealth but you still have your health! You may have lost your business but your family is worth more! You may have been rejected by many people, but there’s still somebody somewhere that cherishes and loves you even in your condition. It’s not about what’s been lost, it’s about what’s left! Please remember what’s left when the thoughts of what’s been lost trouble you. There’s always something left, only if you can see.

Your life is somebody else’s dream! – If you realize that the same life you detest so much and have written off is in actual fact someone else’s dream, you will never contemplate suicide! Are you aware that even in the situation you find yourself, there are some people somewhere secretly wishing they could switch your life for theirs! Yes, because there are still bright spots in your life that still make it worth living no matter how bad the situation may be!         

It’s not over until it’s over! – No one has the right to end the game when the match is not over! Putting an end to your own life is like calling off the match when the final whistle has not been blown. Even if you’re ten (10) goals down in life’s match, no one, including you, has the right to end the game in the middle until the final whistle! No Medical Doctor can issue a death certificate on someone who’s slipped into coma, even if he stays a whole year in coma! As long as there’s life, hope isn’t lost!  

It’s not just about you alone! – No one can draw inspiration from the story of anyone who chickens out and ends his or her own life! A man’s story becomes a source of inspiration to others only if he doesn’t throw in the towel. At least there’ll be somebody somewhere that will draw inspiration from the story of your life now or in the future if you refuse to cave in. Never give up, never give in, your life should become an inspiration NOT a warning!       

You have options! – There’re always many options in going around the situation you’re in; suicide is NOT one of them! The options may not be what you really desire at the moment, but they are far much better than ending your beautiful life!

Death is NOT the end! – To think death will end your worries, pains, burdens and agony is to live in self-deceit. Death may end the existence of your body on earth, but can never extinguish the agony of the soul! Death is only the beginning of journey to eternity. You should care about the fate of your soul in eternity.      

God’s near! – Life equation can never balance without God! In fact life’s equation is never meant to be balance until God is given His proper place. Challenges will continue to be part of our lives. Life is a chain of challenges, you’re either getting out of one or you’re entering into one! As long as you’re alive you can’t escape challenge, but with God there’s nothing you cannot face. God is nearer than you can ever imagine! He’s just a call away! Always remember to call on him, He will never leave even if everybody leaves!
