Tweet

From an eternal brilliated deep—
The kind that quickens
The lightning lay of astrocytes—
The harmonic storms which cavitate
Into my mortal containment, come;
Their promptings are the fervor that made me
Already a seeker, already in touch with our Daystar;
This Oh-Hap Day pulses pliantly on,
And verbates in-net with three pound sublety
While sun-lifting me ever toward my callings
Beyond a curved and blue-filled sky.

As this manifold spark of life
Homes happily onto my first love of physics,
I see it fall from earthly heights
Down through microtubules in the north,
Crown-crashing atop my viral glee,
Like web-bots they splush through
To even the dark matters of my nothing dreams.

—work is a sweet tweet: I sleep—

In odd moments I gyroscope their gravity
Within the channels behind my abbs;
Sway them there playfully
Against the upstarts of
Their mysterious, magnetic heavings;
And pleased with the science of my gain,
I tiggle-giggle these reflective seekings
For  a contemplative time,
Eyes of wonder gazing into their atomic interfaction.

Then, as love and joy become my fulfilled,
As I sing with all the tongues of my talents
I rebound this grown fruit churgishly:
Polishing them with human thanks and gold praises,
Merging by faith their hope
With the groanings that cannot be uttered,
Then, and only then,
In solemn worship to the Father of lights,
I pray them forth from the inner heaven
In my inner mind,
Back toward the outer limits.
