Sometimes a passage Scripture is meant for the whole nation of Israel.
The passage is not meant for the Christian as individual to claim.
If you can’t claim it or pray this verse as is, CHANGE IT IE make it your own.
Just change it a bit.
Make it your prayer for another person or yourself by changing the nouns and pronouns. Then furnish your heart with the prayer.

Original verse: Isaiah 58:11 (KJV)
11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually,
and satisfy thy soul in drought,
and make fat thy bones:
and thou shalt be like a watered garden,
and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Jesus,
May you guide my friend continually and
satisfy his soul through this dry period of his life.
May you prosper his life with good things.
May he become like a garden that is fed with springs that not dry up.
