'O tears, 'O tears, don't drop no more
your God has caught each one
Dry up 'O tears, the fowler ground is healed
by our God's only Son

Weep not no more, 'O heart of praise
your joy cup He did refill
So lift up your hands and the feeble knees
and 'O heart be still

His voice had spoken bowels of mercy
and did shower you with grace
'O tears, 'O tears, your God did answer
and His word did wipe your face

For your weeping was only for a night
but joy cometh in the morning
This was his word to bring you comfort
and it was like an adorning

Thank you 'O Lord for being so gracious
unto these tears of mine
And for over flowing my cup with joy
and you was right on time

You sent strenght to bind my sorrows
and did calm my every fear
You lifted up my heart and touched my soul
Oh I rejoice that you was near

Now it's not so much that we are sad
but our spirits it will get low
And at times will need to be revived
when things are going slow

Psalm 126;5 they that sow in tears shall reap
in joy
II Corinthians 12;9 my grace is sufficient for
thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness

Mary, Yes, He renews our strength! Beautiful poem! Blessings, Rita

Mary, this piece is beautiful and such a wonderful ministry tool for those who are hurting. I would love to see it in corrected form... without the double negatives and verb disagreement. In fact, I'd love to see it deleted and re-posted without my less-than-praiseworthy critique. Honestly, this is the beautiful work of the Holy Spirit and has the capacity to bring such healing. In His loving embrace, Treava
