So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 1 Corinthians 15:42-44 NIV

What is a spiritual body? Too many will not accept or believe in that which they cannot understand. This is so sad, as the human mind is so limited in that which it can comprehend. God’s thoughts and ways are so much greater than ours. So, if we are ever going to come to know and accept God, we are going to have to do so through faith in that which we do not totally comprehend. Why attempt to make that which is infinite finite? Instead expand your mind by realizing so much lies beyond its comprehension. Don’t try to limit God. No good at all will come from such an attempt. We think of flesh when we think of body, so we have trouble with the idea of a spiritual body. Remember though that Christ said that those who wish to worship God must do so in truth and spirit. Let go of the notion of needing to understand everything. Accept through faith. Do not allow yourself to be limited.
