The effectual ministry

We might have the best of the pens available today at a very affordable price which might outdate all its previous versions and may have the latest printing technology, however the books written therewith are no match to the books written with those yet now outdated pens painstakingly frequently dipped in ink for they were written…..

We might have the best of the microphones which may modulate the voices to be made to be heard in far distant places, yet the sermons delivered like that of Apostle Peter on the day of Pentecost can only pierce through the heart to convict a lost soul of few and more numbers for they were preached…...

We may travel faster and farther today with all the modern means of mobility to reach a sorrowed soul and administer words of empathy,  yet only the Word of God issued as a result of earnest prayer can reach such souls, heal them and rescue them from the grave, for such a service can be delivered only…..

It is good to have all we have today, yet effectuality can only be achieved through this eternal God ordained truth…..

“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord.”  Zechariah 4:6 (NKJV)

To understand God and His ways, we need the Holy Spirit..

“For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. “1 Corinthians 2:11 (NKJV)

 And only when we know our God shall we do valiantly..

“..but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” Daniel 11:32 (NKJV)

 Let’s introspect today, “Do we have the Holy Spirit? Is He our constant guide and companion? Do we really and truly know our God?”
