  • The greatest help you can render to a lazy man is to motivate him to Diligence; this is the root of his poverty. If motivated, you have resurrected his soul from the grave of wretchedness. He will discover his potential and rescue many souls also!

  • To every diligent act, there is a reward of opportunity which flows in the stream of time but who can recognize them?

  • People will be willing to help a diligent soul than throw their resources to a lazy genius; they know their trust will not be betrayed.

  • There is no single benefit from slothfulness. There is no provision made for idleness. A lazy man is a cursed soul on this earth, WHERE God Has attached favour to labour.

  • If you have more time to rest than you need, it is an opportunity, invest this flying time. If you suddenly have resources, the outcome of less labour, invest these; they are opportunities. If you have enough time to sleep and play, invest them for in unnoticed way like these, opportunities come and go.

  • You have no loss for learning any good skill but it could be disadvantageous if you are devoid of its knowledge

  • The man who knows not the worst of ignorance cannot know the value of wisdom

  • Pleasure seeking had crowned many kings with poverty! You may be one if such is your hobby!

  • Diligence is the single standing pillar on which other success’ habits concentrate their efforts. The pen that writes letters of advancement and the tongue that interpret discipline, Determination and persistence is diligence.

  • If your mind had not conceived the picture of what you want to be, let all the treasury of your nation be converted to yours, you will soon be empty as your mind. But a mind with all round thoughts of greatness, may begin in the lowest part of the earth; he will soon catch up and overtake the most privileged but lazy or ignorant man!
