Double Trickle Down Delight

The joy and delight we can experience in our relationship with Jesus Christ is truly compounded like so much interest when we realize that we are actually tapping into the essence of joy and delight that Jesus experiences in fellowship with his Father, working and acting in addition to our own joy in fellowship with Jesus all of which is spinning and spilling over and trickling down into our lives like the anointing oil on the head of the high priest Aaron dripping off his beard, the psalmist says, and perfuming his garments. Wow! Think of that next time you put on your cologne or scent of perfume. (Psalm 133, v.2) It has been well said in an analogy that relationship is only the cord plugged in to the socket, while fellowship is the electricity flowing within the cord that activates the appliance that has been turned on in our behalf.  Fellowship with Jesus is electrifying....
