A couple weeks ago I had to go into town for an appointment. I arrived just over an hour early so I sat in the waiting room and began reading from my YouVersion Bible app. After about forty-five minutes of reading, it dawned on me that I hadn't heard a Word from Abba since I arrived nor felt His Presence. By Abba's design I was super early and since I'm constantly reading the Bible at home, it probably wasn't Heaven's intention to get me there that early so I could only feed myself ! So finally I asked Holy Spirit what HE intended for me to do with the time.

IMMEDIATELY Jesus said, "The receptionist has a problem with her heel and I want to heal her ! Ask her if she would allow you to pray."

"Excuse me, do you have an issue with your heel ?" I asked her. "Yes, both actually, one more than the other" she responded with a perplexing stare. "Well Jesus just told me He wants to heal you and to ask if you'd allow me to pray for you."

She accepted and I knelt down, cursed the root cause and commanded Life into both her heels. As I was doing that, Jesus told me about her back and and HE healed that too !!

I wonder what her Life is like now and I shudder to think what it would have been like had I neglected to enquire of my Best Friend what HIS plans were instead of just falling into routine. I should have asked from the very start "Daddy what would YOU like for us to do today ?"

Help us to be sensitive to Your Precious Holy Spirit and help us to avoid routines. Cause us to know that with each day You bring fresh open doors and give us Your Grace to walk through them with YOUR boldness, attention and LOVE. We ask and receive in Jesus Name, Amen.
