UNLIKELY MIRACLES

There are two separate instances in the Bible where Jesus used His saliva to bring breakthrough and healing to people. That's right, Jesus used His spit to bring RESTORATION !

One account is recorded in the Bible book of John, chapter nine verse six and the other in Mark chapter seven verse thirty-three.

In both scenarios, vital senses once denied each person for many many years, even since birth, were restored when Jesus spat !!

Eyes were made to see, ears made to hear and a tongue loosed to speak.

Many times people are believing God to move mightily on their behalf and the Father indeed intends to but all too often His restorative Grace is refused or denied simply because, to them, it lacks the packaging and the fan fare they were hoping for. Perhaps it is because it arrived gift wrapped in saliva rather than in ribbons and bows !

Faith (believing God) without works (corresponding actions to Holy Spirit's instructions) is door knob dead ! True Faith simply cannot be established without resultant action anymore than action without Faith can be. These two spiritual forces: the Divinely ordained Faith acquired through continuous hearing of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit led correlating action must be yoked together for the Father's Blessings to manifest.

As I read both Biblical accounts, I saw that in both instances an action was either expressed or carried out by Jesus. In John , Jesus told the man what to do and how to do it but it was left entirely up to the man to follow through. However, we see in Mark's account that Jesus Himself initiated the action, thus leaving the man with the perfect environment for blooming his miracle. One instance Jesus spits on us and then gives us a directive. In another instance, Jesus first creates the conducive environment Himself ... ISOLATION ... then He spits on us, bringing to pass Beautiful Breakthroughs.

So how are you with receiving spit from the Lord of Glory rather than what you thought you ought to have been given ? How do you respond when you are directed by Holy Spirit to embrace Jesus' saliva and walk in obedience to His instructions ? What do you think would be your response if the Lord were to pull you away from everything and everyone only to place His saliva on you ?

Neither of these sound appetizing but both of these yielded the most incredible results !!

I encourage you to trust the Lord with your whole heart and to lean not on your own understanding but instead, acknowledge HIM in all of your ways and allow the Lord to direct your path !!

Incredible signs, wonders and miracles will ALWAYS await you !!!
