I have the very Spirit of sonship dwelling within me, the very essence of what it is to be a son and what it means to be a son, and a son of God in particular. It is natural for me to address and be addressing my Father in heaven and to be addressed by Him. It is only natural for me to have my eyes upon my Father, and His eyes upon me. There is an orientation toward Him which inclines me to cry out to Him for even the smallest needs,  and to point things out and call His attentions to things He already sees and knows but is delighted for me to see and know also.  It is only natural for me to marvel at His righteous ways and be in awe of His mighty deeds. It is to be expected that I would be reflecting some of His loving mannerisms. And it is as natural for there to be some resemblance to Him about me, some reminder to others of His holy nature as it is common for that resemblance to increase over the years, as I can’t help but notice that, physically speaking, I look more like my late biological father than I did ten years ago.  (Romans 8, v.14-16)
