When the kings and rulers of this world fight to defend their kingdom and establish their dominion over all that is mortal, Jesus makes a startling revelation before Pilate who wants to know if Jesus is a King and if He is, then of which Kingdom?
"Jesus answered " My Kingdom is not of this world. If My Kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight so that I should not be delivered to Jews, but My Kingdom is not from here."
John 18:36 NKJV
When all the kings and their kingdoms in this world pass away, the Kingdom of the Lord God stands forever, He rules our hearts and continuous to extend His love to many more.
The Kingdom of the Lord is where His peace, love and providence dwell at all times and thus we pray "Lord, let Your Kingdom come in my life."
Many of us have ruined ourselves and all that and who belong to us by trying in vain to live independently of God, we tried to be the Master of our own life only to realise that we are actually our biggest enemy.
We need to dwell in God's will and let Him be the King of our life.
When all powers and principalities will fade away, we will stand strong and succeed if Christ rules our hearts.
Is Jesus a King? Yes! He's my King and may He be your's too.
