Lord, I'm waiting for a Breakthrough...
I'm holding on and will keep holding on
Before the wind and waves intensify,

I feel like I don't have many years left
Before the world ends-
Will I get married and have my own family
Before you come upon the earth?

Will I be STRONG ENOUGH to
Bear my cross,
Before my blood family and current friends betray me?
Will I TRUST YOU as you slay me?

I need your GRACE AND MERCY
Oh FATHER GOD-
Be not far from me...
