Encouragement

This pen of mine won't write on empty
I can't let it ever run dry
But keep asking the Lord to keep it filled
of the anointing, he supplies

No it will not stop' in being inspired
my heart it won't close it's door
But pray to stay open for his entrance
to give me more and more

Let it flow dear Lord, through and through
and it's ok" if it's day or night
Just let this vessel be obedient and listen
and receive your burning light

Whenever He comes by and touch my soul
to lift me up from within
I feel like a child that has been cuddled
and don't want it to ever end

Write on anointed pens and be encouraged
the Lord God, He is not through yet
Keep letting his word help feed our thoughts
the rising of, each new sunset

Think not on what you'll have to write
nor to ponder in what to say
For the Lord God knows which way to go
and will give it on, the right day

Let us guard up our minds and stay faithful
and have, the patience to wait
For in due time, He will give the sign
and won't be one day late

The Lord can call on us, at midnight
he can use us at any time
He's always willing to share good things
which, are better than mine

If accomplishments are more than dis-encouragements
well then that is fine with me
For the Lord is the one who holds the cup
and that is all I need to see

So anointed Poet's and writer's of the Lord
let us each hold on to our pen
And allow him to keep us ever inspired
then our awards will never end

Habakkuk- 2;2 And the Lord answered me
and said, write the vision, and make it plain
upon tables that he may run that readeth it
