While in a doctor's office, a lady asked, "Doctor, what should I
take when I'm rundown? Doctor's reply -- "The license
number."

If you are all caught up in the Christmas preparations, you are
probably feeling pretty rundown, also. When I was a child, our
family never made a big deal out of Christmas. In fact I have
hardly any memories of Christmas as a child, except those from
church. I hated having to learn a "piece" for whatever children's
program we had. To this day I dislike memorizing. My most
vivid memory of Christmas was always looking forward to
getting that little box of candy from Sunday School. They were
probably economy sweets, but I thought they were great. I can
still see the chocolate covered cone shaped creams -- yummy.

When the Christmas rush gets to you, sit, put your feet up, grab
your Bible, and start reading at the beginning of Psalm 119.
Read until you fall asleep. Psalm 119 is loaded with gems that
will revive you. The chapter starts with this (nlt), "Happy are
people of integrity, who follow the law of the Lord! Happy are
those who obey his decrees and search for Him with all their
hearts.", and it keeps getting "gooder" -- you'll feel better.
