Don’t replace obedience
With even a Bible study;
Don’t fail to remember the great Truth
That we know is so bloody.
Jesus died, all for us,
And made way for redemption;
Jesus died, all for us,
He alone, is our Completion.
Deaths are surely no new thing,
All are destined for this fate;
But when one returns from the grave,
Than all he says has a stake.
The Life returned, with its power,
As stated in all He claimed;
He sits at the right hand of the Father,
He had hit for what He aimed.
Jesus lives, all for us,
And holds our redemption;
Jesus lives, all for us,
He still grants our Completion.
