And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. Ephesians 1:22-23 NIV

God has placed everything under the authority of His Son, Jesus Christ. God is the creator of everything, and He sent His Son to reveal the Father, and His will, to all who would listen and accept His word. Having everything placed under the authority of Christ is part of the Father’s perfect plan. All of mankind will give an accounting of their actions before the Lord. The Lord will judge all justly. Jesus is presently at the right hand of the Father, interceding on behalf of those who belong to Him.

The church is the body of Christ. We who belong to Him are part of His body of believers. We are in the fulness of Christ. Christ fills everything. I find it exciting to know that we belong to Christ, and make up the body which belongs to Him. We, as His body, work for the advancement of God’s kingdom. We share the Good News of Jesus Christ with those we encounter in our lives. We love to share the news about our Lord. We pray that others will come to know the Lord as we know Him.

Be part of the body of Christ. Share what He has done for you with others. This is a treasure not to be stored away, but to be shared throughout this world!
