2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. - James 1:2-8
Faith being tested is common, and I see it happen to youth and many people who run from it.
Sometimes tests come in many forms, and the weakest parts of you face the brunt of such trials.
For myself, heartbreak has been a common reoccurance in my life. Through life, though my faith has wavered, I have not let go of it.
But the problem is, when I reach out for support in this fight among other Christians, I am not always grasped.
True, I have found those individuals that do give their support and it is always blessed. I thank god for the individuals that I have found, the love I see.
What happens when others go through struggle and don't receive that support? Their faith shall waver, their faith cannot always stand on its own. Those weak in mind, those weak in heart.
How do we rectify letting them slip? Watching them make the wrong choices, watching their hearts be deceived.
I love my neighbor, I love my enemy, I love my friend.
I pray for this strength, I pray for God to take my life when I am too weak to give it up. I hope my light shines bright enough for others around me to be exposed to it.
But when surrounded by darkness it is not always easy.
Anger is prevailant in todays church. Shame. Pain.
It tears my heart, because I don't always know how to reach to those in darkness.
The problem is the lack of reaching into that darkness.
Men and woman of the church seem afraid.
Where is your faith?

19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.
22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do. James 1:19-25

James warns us of being caught up, when we go to church and we hear what the pastor says, it is good... But what do we do after we leave? When life comes back, and struggles remain?
Do not deceive ourselves. Do not mearly listen and think it is enough.
Do.
Part of doing is not turning your back, when things become hard. When you see someone struggle and think to yourself "I don't have time for this, I don't have time for myself let alone time for this person in struggle, in pain."
You cannot let the enemy win against you.
When someone speaks against one you care about, what do you do?
Part of doing is living in the word, not the world.
Do you see others not doing this? Do you see someone look in the mirror and then forget what they see?
How do you react to that, do you reach out?
Are we fulfilling God's word by running?

There is a darkness in a human heart that makes them selve serving, selfish.
God's light opens up that darkness, burns it away.
So when you turn your back, when you do not do, and only listen... How much light do you let into your heart?
When you say "I have no time", you are speaking of selfish things.
You must rejoice in truth!
Always protect!
Where, is your faith?

Please, pray. Pray for strength. Pray for perseverance.
Pray to be steadfast, beg God for life.
Not only your own, but those around you. Beg for the ones you love.
And if you love God, you shall love all. Everyone.

You are forgetting what we are called to do, we are simply and forever called to save.
In your life, where is your time to pray for others? When do we say; "Before I do this thing, I must save my brother?"

I have been scorned in life. Even recently, I do not feel the love of God from some.
But they say to love God.
I pray that my admition in this causes conviction.
My heart is full of love and my heart weaps when I watch others walk away.
When I am wounded, I weap for my pain, but I weap for the one who wounds.
I know that God cries with me, for both my pain but also for those who caused pain.
But they say to love God.
I pray that my admition in this causes conviction.
