Luke 4:18

2 Timothy 4:7-8(KJV)
7 I HAVE FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT
, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

For the serious hearted Christian, spiritual warfare is inevitable and to be prepared for, and done, according to the leading of the Holy Spirit, to avoid becoming a spiritual War CASUALTY!

Prayer is the key in the life of the Christian because it is when he communicates with his maker; to the pulling down of strongholds that have held many captive for so long

Hindrances to fighting a proper war:

Lust of the eyes... Eve fell because of this

Fleshly lusts of sex, egoism, pride in the heart etc.

Physical Food... gluttony is a sin (Binging and vomiting to keep ‘slim’ is also against God’s purpose for you) moderation and control is the key. Adam and Eve fell because they ATE what they were not supposed to eat.

A true child of the most High does not just eat ANYTHING and ANYWHERE

Reject the company of the enemies of God (Psalm 139:21-22 21 Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?

22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.)

Psalm 1: 1-6

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

The weapons:

The names of God (El Elyon, elgibbor, Elolam, el shaddai,Jehovah:Raphael,Nissi, Shamma, shalom etc...  Gen. 17:1; 28:3; 16:13 Psalm 91:1-2; Gen. 14:19; dan.7:18, 22,25)

The word of God

Blood of Jesus Christ and His name above every other name at the mention of which EVERY KNEE BOWS AND TONGUES CONFESS THAT HE ALONE IS LORD

The two edged spiritual sword of God that slices through bone and marrow and all things spiritual

Fasting:  Mark 9:29-And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

Worship and Praise God in song always (Loud and silent in your heart)

Permanent Prayer Altar in the home and in your heart

The most crucial aspect of SPIRITUAL WARFARE is Deliverance: from ancestral curses, foundational covenants and satanic foothold through a person's careless living and wicked blood letting at some point in life

Deliverance has many benefits. a person, Families, whole societies and countries need the cleansing power of deliverance ... Jonah 1

1 Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,

2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

3 And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying,

2 Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.

3 So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.

4 And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

5 So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.

6 For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.

7 And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water:

8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.

9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?

10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
