This is a reminder to you, who is at your wit’s end about the bombardment of problems and persecutions going on in your life and, you are about to throw in your Christian faith- towel and give-up, don’t! Jesus Christ neither deceived us in His word that all shall be rosy once we become born again nor did He say that our walk and work would be hitch free; He forewarned us that exactly how He was treated is what we shall receive as His followers,… John 14: ²⁰ Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. ²¹ But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. ²² If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. ²³ He who hates Me hates My Father also. ²⁴ If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. ²⁵ But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’

Remember and hang on, take it to the Lord in prayer and wait on His PERFECT timing for answers to prayers. He has His reason for ‘delaying’ immediate response to our requests

 (Daniel 10: 10-14). When impatient, ask Him for guidance and revelation knowledge on why; in addition ask for strength to WAIT if that is His will.

His WISE answer could even be NO! Afterall he knows ALL things and our needs above our wants.

Cry to him about that bugging overwhelming problem, speak with Him about that unrelenting mocker and persecutor, remind Him of His word and promises to always be with you; neither forsaking nor leaving you

Remind him about who He was to the prophets of old and how he came to the miraculous and instant rescue of his children in danger, whilst wielding heavy armoury to crush powerful and overwhelming enemies

John 14

¹⁵ “If you love Me, keep My commandments. ¹⁶ And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— ¹⁷ the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. ¹⁸ I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
