GRACE

Do you really know what Grace is? I'll tell you but, Wait for it... wait... wait... And Voila!! Grace is God's Love at work in Humanity through the person of Jesus Christ. This definition in itself is a revelation.
The moment u realize that ur walk and victory in life is dependent on Jesus and His finished works, the better Life becomes for you. Your efforts, works and services rendered to deserve God's blessings will forever be short of standard (They are like filthy rags before God (Isaiah 64, Rom 10:3-4, Rom 4)). God's standard of righteousness can never be compromised! There's no nearly or closely. His standard is; 'His righteousness'. For, Until u become as righteous as God Himself, u don't qualify for His blessings. That's why in matt 6:33, the Jesus instructs that "...you seek First, GOD'S RIGHTEOUS and His Kingdom and then all other things (material supply included) will be added to you". Can u now see how unattainable this is by one's own effort or might? Can u see how stupid trying to obtain God's righteousness by Works is (Gal 3:1-3)?? It's impossible!! "...For all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory" (Rom 6:23). Apparently, u need a savior - you need Jesus!

Now, are u aware that at the cross, He (Jesus) paid the price for ur sins (and mine also)? He gave up His life so that u and I may live. He didn't just give us life rather, He gave us 'Life in ABUNDANCE' (John 10:10). He was made sin so that u nd I might be made Righteous; ThE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD (2 cor, 5:21, Isaiah 54:17). Consequently, God's Righteous is a gift to be accepted through Jesus Christ (Isaiah 54:17, Rom 5:17). Friends, He (Jesus) took my sickness (Matt 8:17), my poverty (Gal 3), my sins and its consequences (Heb 8:12, 10:10-18) and with Him; "wham! Wham!!", they were nailed on the cross. Now, Justice has been served! And He confirmed this from the cross when He cried out: "It is finished"! 

I NOW LIVE A BLESSED LIFE, free from stress and Toil because HE PAID FOR IT. My JESUS Paid for it all. I'm living the GRACE life 'Smiles...'. All I do is enjoy His free gifts as I keep my eyes focused on Jesus; who is the author and Finisher of my faith (Heb 12:2). Its really all about Jesus!!. I can't just help but say; "THANK U JESUS". This is What one enjoys by being in Christ. Don't u wish for such? Why not give ur Life to Christ today??

"Well, How do I give my life to Christ?" One may wonder? That's a Good question. I'll show from scriptures. In the book of Rom 10:7-10, the bible clearly shows us that; "..with the heart, one believes and with the mouth, confession is made unto righteousness". Its that simple. "What do I believe and confess?" One may be tempted to ask. Well, let me help u with that too. You have to believe in Jesus Christ. That He is the Son of God who died that you may have life (John 14:6-8, John 3, Jn 10:10). He practically died for ur sins. What a show of Love! Doesn't that just overwhelm you? Well, this has to be confessed with ur mouth haven't believed it and -"Voila!"- You are saved!! Born again In Christ Jesus (2 Cor 5:17). The Holy Spirit now lives in you (I'll gist you about the Holy Spirit and His works later). 

Now that u are saved, to enjoy a life without defeat, you must do as I have stated earlier when I began this article. Never forget this!  It's all about Jesus. Believe what you read in the article, confess it and watch ur life turn around!..God Loves you.

Lord Jesus, my earnest desire is: "that, they(the world) may see you through me just as the Father is seen through you for I am in you just as u are in the Father". Amen! (Caleb Egwim, 2016).


THE FATHER's LOVE
You can't imagine the feeling. It is Indescribable; The feeling u get wen u encounter - as in, have a personal taste of The Father's Love; God's love!. It sweeps u off ur feet. You can't help but cry for Joy. This reminds me of the story of the prodigal son. Now I know exactly how the prodigal son felt wen the Father accepted and blessed him out of His Love (on his return). The Prodigal son didn't need to do nothing to deserve this blessing but the Father who was rich in LOVE lavished His blessings on him (the wayward son). It was a show of love - THE FATHER'S LOVE.  I tell u: "The knowledge of the fact that God is madly in love with u (irrespective of ur sins or shortcoming) will empower u to prosper (Heb 6:12)! It will cause you to live a life of dominion over sin - A life of victory" (Caleb Egwim, 2016; John 3:16) Romans 5:17 cleary states that "...Those who accept God's free gift of righteousness with abundance of grace shall REIGN in life through Jesus" for "He who spared not His Son, but gave Him up for you; how can He not with Him (Jesus) also give u all things?".. (Romans 8:32). GOD LOVES CALEB EGWIM!!
