Your loving kindness Lord touches the heavens
Your faithfulness Lord reaches beyond the sky
Your righteousness Lord is like the mountains
Your judgments Lord Will come to evil by and by

I take shelter Lord in the shadow of Your wings
How precious Lord to me is Your unfailing love
You protect all mankind Lord both man and beast
As You give of the abundance from up above

Continue Your love Lord to those You know
Give Your best Lord to the upright of heart
Let not the hand of pride Lord come upon us
From You Lord may the good ones never part

Against the backdrop of the evil schemes of wicked men, David voices praise in a description of the attributes of God working in behalf of man's salvation (verses 5-9), and petitions God to continue His protective love ( verses 10-11) with a confident expression concerning the defeat of the wicked (verses12).
Transgression , rather than God, is viewed as speaking within the heart of a wicked man who regards it as an oracle, assuring him that he need have no fear of God (Psalm 36:1). Then in (Psalm 36:5) God's lovingkindness shows His power.
