JESUS IS COMING
The Manner of His Coming

Beheld, He cometh with cloud and every eye shalt see Him, and,
they also which pierced him: and all klndreds of the Earth shalt wall because of him. Amen. (Revelation t:7)

Now that we have established the fact, that He is coming again, we now consider the particulars surrounding His coming. There are some who hold to the view that when Jesus comes, He will be seen only by his followers. Now that's a. theory that seems to be contradicted by this verse. This verse says hat He Is coming with clouds. In Acts chapter 1. the Angel described at His ascension "this same Jesus, which ts taken up from you into heaven. Shall so come in like manner as, ye have seen him go into heaven” Previously in the same chapter we were told "and when be had spoken these things, while they be held, He was taken up and a cloud received Him out of their sight."

As we consider the contents of this verse several things are noteworthy.
First, He is coming in the, clouds. That harmonizes with the verses of the Acts that His coming will be visible just as His followers saw Him go. Second, our verse states that every eye will see Him. That is Important to know. Third we are. told these Who pierced Him will see Him. This verse confirms that. both believers and unbelievers together will know that He has. come. Fourth, all kindred. of the· earth shall wail because of Him.

There are two important facts that we must keep in mind, First when
Jesus comes It will Indeed be "the blessed hope fulfilled." For the
Christian, it wilt be a time of great rejoicing. Second, we are told that
those who pierced Him and rejected Him will experience great
sorrow. All of this is described by this verse.

Are you excited about the coming of Jesus? Are you anxiously anticipating his return as you experience the joys of being faithful? For those who are not yet believers, there is still time. The God of grace and love has His hand extended for you. Will you become His follower today?
