Save me, O God of my salvation ! Gather and rescue us from amoung the nations, so we can thank your holy name and rejoice and praise you. Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, who lives from everlasting to everlasting ! (1 Chronicles 16:35-36)

I recently had a conversation with an individual, who's head apparently is buried in the sand. This individual said, that all's well in the religious committee (Titus 1:10-11). That the problem is actually with the so called Christian zealots  spreading  the doom-n-gloom news in an attempt to proselytize  the general populist.

This type ungodly dialog against Christians, given by today's masses,  is not uncommon in today's environment (Psalm 3:1-3).  It is simply "end time" prophecy in the making ( 2 Tim 3:12). You see the entire world has its head in the preverbal social engineering sand  of psychological manipulation (Psalm 5:1-3).

One need only  tune in the latest public media outlets, to contradict these  false claims  of such Christian deceptive practices. Communications  such as  the TV news, the local news paper, and the  internet. And one just needs to easy drop on any number of conversations, from the grocery checkout  lines, to the sports complex, to  your next door neighbor talking over the back yard fence, Why, even the church pews are buzzing. Everywhere you go, the word is that the world is now in "freefall", and it's only a matter of time before it all falls apart. Yes, evil is  actually growing throughout the earth? Humanity is defiantly descending into greater chaos and destruction?  Just check out the latest social media blogs.

Why just in the past few weeks, we have seen an increase in  terrorist activity such as   church bombings, and  the kidnapping and  martyrdom   of professing Christians.  This chaos will continue, and will not stop until God calls all Christians to meet Him in the air. (1 Cor 15:51-54) ( 1 Thess 4:16-17) ( Revelation 4:1).

Therefore,  we Christians are  now in a life or death situation. Its good versus evil ( 2 Tim 3:1-8, 13 ( 2 Tim 4:3-4). Yes, Satan is now in control (Ephesians 6:12), and will quickly do his dirty work, as he realizes his time is now short  lived. But we must stand true (2 Tim 3:12) (2 Tim 2:11-13),  to the full gospel ( 1 Cor 15:1-4).

Why is this ungodly behavior  being carried out , around the world?  According to a  number of surveys, those claiming the title of "Christian"  range around 70 %.  If this be so, why is the world not changing for the better ? My theory,  Christianity is not living up to its roots.  Not living the "Ten Commandments".  Not living the "Golden Rule".  Not witnessing to  the "Full Gospel" ( 1 Cor 15:1-4). Not spending time in prayer and Bible study. Not  listening to the convictions  of God's Holy Spirit.  If we Christians were true to God's principles, and voted  in accordance with His dictates, what a wonderful world we would have.

Again, it's simply prophecy  at work. The scripture dictates, in spite of the worlds  politically  correct view  point, that the evil demographics will continue to increase,  the closer we get to the return of Christ (Romans 12:12) (Matthew 24:6-7).

So, what is the solution ? In (2 Chronicles 7:14) God gave us a plan of recovery. Stating  if we His people would humble ourselves, pray and seek His face,  then He would hear from heaven  and heal our land.

Remember, God Himself is the best answer to today's  troubled times, especially when the outcome of our request is uncertain or unfulfilling. Two examples of this dictate is the apostle Pauls unanswered solution to his  "thorn in the flesh" (2 Cor 12:7-9) and David's understanding of "God's unfailing love" (Psalm 59:10).

You see, in these troubled times, we must honor God, acknowledge His being, exalt His power, adore His providence, and most importantly secure His aid. You see, God wants us to bring our request to Him with faith and hope (Hebrews 11:6). And no one, I mean no one or no evil faction, will ever separate  us from His love ((Romans 8:38).

So, let is come  boldly to out heavenly Father. He wants us to come quickly for His help (Hebrews 4:16).

Author's Post Script

This  current infectious  mindset of  "me, myself and  I" seems  to be terminally  contagious  among the populist. Especially, where this physiology is set against those of faith. Can Christianity survive ? It can and will, as Jesus was strong on this positive point. (Matthew 16:18). The church started at "Pentecost" (Acts 2:1-4) , and  with the first church (Acts 2:41-47), and has continued  until this day. It will continue to survive until God calls  His church home (1 Cor 15: 51-54). Yes, some churches have closed, through the ages, but the true church, though small in number at times,  has been ordained of God,  and will always survive. For you see, the church is not brick and mortar, it is the family and body of Christ (1 Cor 3:16).

History predicts that the Christians who did the most to change this current world, were those who thought most of the next (Luke 12:34). History makers such as the apostles the patriotic minded of the Middle Ages, and the English Evangelicals, all set their minds on heaven. Now that the so-called Christian committee has largely ceased thinking of heaven,  they seem to have lost their first love.
