What if all I have to give is love
What if that is my only gifted talent from above

Loving is so easy and selfless
It warms the heart of the helpless

I never want to see a frown on a face
Even if its a stranger without a place

I wouldn't be mad
If love is all I had

I would be honored that God put this in my heart
It would be a Blessing to piece together what was taken apart

I guess that is why I love puzzles and strangers
It all started when Christ was born in that manger

He instills gifts in our hearts, that only He can acquire
It's a sacred honor that bounds us together in a Holy Sire

Some use their gifts out of its true nature
And slowly their gain is wiped away by their Maker

See our gifts belong only to Christ, for His Purpose
And it cannot be tarnished by this worldly circus

The only way we nurture that gift
Is to embrace the internal shift

A shift that can only be made by our Holy Lord
Slicing into pieces our battles with His Powerful Sword

My gift of love was constantly misplaced
Lost in the worlds growing waste

I was confused by wants and needs
While my gift remained as seeds

These seeds are from God so he can sow
This is the only way they will grow

I always ask Lord, please hear me
I want to use my gift so other's can see

That love does conquer all, and not in the storybook way
It conquers all that are lost and astray

I hear The Lord chuckle, and say Child be patient
For My love will conquer all who are tainted

I am so eager to help and be part of His plan
I want to be patient, but don't know if I can

God is right, my love can't conquer all
Only God's Love can save all that fall

I hope one day I will know what God needs me to do
Maybe I won't have a clue

But I do know, when that day comes
Even if it's only seen by some

May God's Will
Be full filled
