LIfting me up with weightless fingers..
Saving me when dealt with last blow
Bringing back life to the rose that withers

How? Never asking, I just took his offerings
Taking me where legs alone couldn't,
Never taking for grattitude the litte things

With eyes that always cried..
He brought tissues...
Warm, embracing comfort from the skies that never hide

Broke, poor on the streets with hope that had run away..and left me stray
Searching for something..
He left a few dollars next to my way

I gave words back too,
Giving him words of promise
He knew when I lied, He knew

Apologizing for not being appropiate...
He was my only guidance..
Yet my complete opposite

He always forgave..
So pleased to hear this..I'd assume I was off the hook, ruining a second chance
My stupidity many times could have led to my grave

He'd sigh when I called him again,
On my knees, with my head below in shame....I thought it was over
He answered by getting me a job, But didn't say when

Towards my last days of life......He tapped me on my shoulders and told me I had to go
I, shocked...whisper fiercly..
NO!

He left telling me, I had but few days left, So I went up and settled things so I wouldn't regret..
Never realizing how much he has put up with me...Yet..
He's the Guy I never met
