Prophecy

God made you his right-hand,
you were the Angel second in command.
Given were you, gifts of ultimate glory,
and thus begins your infamous story.
You are allowed your free will, but was it right,
to corrupt heaven with such a fight?
You need not work for man,
but have you gone against, or worked for God's plan?
You are jealous of God, and hate his creation,
but you were created, perhaps the root of your frustration?
God knows beforehand, does that make you mad?
and thus, maybe, you were had!
He made you, thus knew what you would be,
but you are arrogant, and do not see!
You were made to be a lure,
you were made to make temptation stir.
You were made to test loyalty to him,
you were made to create sin.
God made you, don't you understand?
You are no mistake, you were planned.
