How do we worship God nowadays? Do we fall to our knees in endless praise, or sing along when a familiar song plays? Does it come from our hearts, or do we fall into a subconscious routine when that song starts? The dictionary describes worship as the feeling or expression of reverence and admiration, expressing the deepest respect and pleasurable contemplation. In other words humbling ourselves before God as we meditate in His presence; not standing in a church and reciting a sentence. Our expressions are considered void if we do it for this reason: "watch how that man worships Jesus." Worship is not putting on a show for the whole world to see us. We should break down the billboards hanging on our stone walls, be prepared to jump from our egos and embrace the fall. We should open our ironclad doors and bow down before The One we adore; The One that loves us. Worship is a sacrificial devotion containing a spiritual explosion; an explosion to break us down, to the point where we are stripped from our crowns, to the point where our knees hit the ground; causing our hands to touch the sky, our God to be magnified as we lift His name high. We should worship The King with all that we do, with glory and honour, and spreading the truth. So constantly worship, continue to sing, surrender your whole life to glorify Him. All praise to the King!
