Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

There is indeed reason to pray and to fellowship with one another.
We need to be of one accord.
We need the help of the Holy Spirit today and tomorrow.
Evil and hatred are real. Hold on to your hats! There are demon possessed people right in the church.
We need to be discerners, as we (as lambs) are sent out into the world where wolves are seeking to destroy us.
I don't know why bad things happen to good people.
I can't imagine the hurt, the pain, the suffering, and the shock in which this event has caused to believers and unbelievers alike around the country!

It is a time to talk and to share.
It is a time to talk about God. It is a time to repent. It is a time to ask for forgiveness of our sins. It is a time to love one another.
It is a time to forgive those who persecute you and hate you. It is a time that we will long remember and never forget.

Yes, a devil is around every bush! Keep your guard up. Be wise. Be a watch tower. Thank God for the shield of faith.
Thank God for His mighty sword which is the Word of God.

We, the people of God, are lambs; and there are those in the world who are wolves seeking to devour us.
Pray.

Holy Spirit, be with us as we mourn the lost of innocent individuals who have perished because of their faith in God.
"Vengeance is mine", saith the Lord.
I do not hate this demon possessed Dylann Storm Roof; he has been instructed by Satan. He is a loathsome victim of evil, sin, and death.

I pray for the families and all connected to the AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
Father God, strengthen them and comfort them in their time of grief. Help them to hold on, when life presently makes no sense at all.
May those who have tragically departed step into His Kingdom with all honor and glory, and may they hear from Christ, "Well done, my good and faithful servants."
In Jesus' holy and precious name, we pray. AMEN.
