Prayers for protection

Thank You, Almighty Father, for resting Your hand of protection upon me and my loved ones, in Jesus' name.

Thank You, Father, for being a shield to all who take refuge in You.

Thank You for my life! If it had not been You on my side, I cannot begin to imagine where I would be today.

Thank You for being my Shepherd, my Refuge, and my Fortress—my God in whom I trust.

Thank You for being the light of my life, the strength of my salvation, my keeper, and the shade at my right hand.

Thank You for hearing and defending me in the day of trouble, in Jesus' name.

Thank You for great victories, for manifesting Your power in my life, and for showing me unfailing kindness, in Jesus' name.

Thank You, Father, for sending Your angels to take charge over me—to keep me in all my ways and to hold me up so that I do not dash my foot against a stone, in Jesus' name.

I declare by faith:
The Lord is with me to rescue and save me. He will deliver me from the hands of the wicked and redeem me from the grasp of the cruel, in Jesus' name.

When I pass through the waters, the Lord will be with me. When I pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over me, in Jesus' name.

When I walk through the fire, I will not be burned; the flames will not set me ablaze, in Jesus' name.

When I call upon the Lord, He will answer me. He will be with me in trouble; He will deliver and honor me, in Jesus' name.

The Lord will train my hands for battle and strengthen my arms to bend a bow of bronze, in Jesus' name.

As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds me and my loved ones both now and forevermore, in Jesus' name.

With the help of the Lord, I can advance against a troop and scale any wall, in Jesus' name.

I hold on to the promise of God that says: “Do not be afraid; you will not suffer shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated.†In Jesus' name.

Because my God is faithful, He will strengthen and protect me from the evil one, in Jesus' name.

When my enemies come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against them, in Jesus' name.

No weapon formed against any area of my life shall prosper, and those who gather together against me shall stumble and fall, in Jesus' name.

The Lord will keep me from all harm—He will watch over my going out and coming in, both now and forevermore, in Jesus' name.

No evil shall befall me or my household, neither shall any plague come near our dwelling, in Jesus' name.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Because He lives, I can and will face tomorrow, in Jesus' name.

I am an overcomer by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony.

I shall not die but live to declare the glory, goodness, faithfulness, and mercy of the Lord, in Jesus' name.

When the enemy rises against me like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him, in Jesus' name.

I cover myself and all that concerns me with the precious blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Principalities and powers of darkness shall see the blood of Jesus upon me and my family and pass over us, in Jesus' name.

At the mention of the name of Jesus, every knee contending with the hand of God upon my life shall bow, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

By the power in the blood of Jesus, I am set apart from all forms of evil. That blood fights for me and avails for me, in Jesus' name.

Thank You, Father, that these prayers for protection are not in vain. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen!
