Meddling with those on the other side for ‘gains’ Ouija, seeking medium, palm readers, seers or involving in the occult?

On the devil’s side, are you? On no side?

Doing that which does not please the creator-of Heaven-and-Earth?

Or totally contrary to His will?

That evil one only uses and dumps when he has used up all goodness in a vessel.

Goliath was encouraged and advised by his inner man to goad, boast against and harass God’s children and their God

Goliath blasphemed the most High and confronted Him in his majesty

1 Samuel 17:

4And there came out a strong man from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.

5And he had a helmet upon his head, and he was armed with a vest of chainmail; and the weight of the vest was five thousand shekels of brass and iron.

6And he had greaves of brass upon his legs, and a shield of brass between his shoulders.

7And the shaft of his spear was like a weaver's beam; and the tip of his spear weighed six hundred shekels of iron: and one who carried his weapons walked ahead of him.

8And he stood and shouted out to the ranks of Israel, and said to them, "Why have you come out to array yourselves for battle against us? Am I not a foreigner, and you the Hebrews of Saul? Select a man from among you, and let him come down to me.

9If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we shall be your slaves: but if I am able to kill him, then you shall be slaves to us and serve us."

10And the Philistine said, "Behold, I have mocked the ranks of Israel on this day; give me a man, and both of us shall fight."

11And Saul and all of Israel heard those words of the Philistine and they were taken aback, and were greatly afraid.

Goliath, big statured with massive muscles, throwing his weight around at every opportunity is like the LOUD SOUNDING CYMBAL which makes the most noise but have no action.

Goliath cannot be ‘nimble like Jack’ because of his massive weight and height but he sure can FRIGHTEN his enemies and even friends into submission.

Howling and growling like a frenzied animal making all those within the range of his voice to shake and shiver before they even envision him He can be compared with the giant in the castle of ‘jack and the beanstalk’ … “fee fi fo fum”;

there were thunderings and shakings while Jack trembled before he saw the mammoth-sized-being around the corner!

Goliath had a large mouth and grandiose ego, mountain high and enormous in depth.

The characteristic of an average Goliath is unbelievably outrageous in its His head ended up as he wished for God’s children, where was the one who was inside of him through his reign of terror and oppression, all through his wicked career years.

Did he wait to defend or raise from the dead? No he took-off to seek out his next victim full of pride and self aggrandizement ready to unleash renewed terror on masses.

Goliath’s fate was unavoidable because he vehemently vexed the HOLY SPIRIT of the most High… Matthew 12:31

1 Samuel 17:

26 And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel?for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?

42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.

43 And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.

44 And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.

45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.

46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel... And the rest is HISTORY!
