Plants, Dishes and Snails…

Crawling through darkness at a snail’s pace,

Dancing with joy, laughter filling the whole room,

You want to always be in the second place.

But the first often uninvited can be in full bloom.

Petals of love, hope and peace is your wish.

With despair, a leaf of sadness comes your way,

You long to be fully whole, your life,

Seems to be worse than even a shattered dish,

Your world seems enveloped in Gray.
