Be Still


Be still
Be still and know that I Am God
Be still
Be still and know my rivers are broad

When the waters roar and troubles come near
When the mountains shake and you tremble with fear
When you fear the earth will then cease to be
And the mountains will be carried to the sea

The gentle streams of His Living Water
They flow so freely from the Father
Though the clouds…they may darken your days
Be glad and unmoved though the earth rage

He will free you from the troubles you see
He will make all the wars then to cease
When morning comes…His presence brings rest
Right early…His presence finds you blessed

Be still
And then you’ll always know
Be still
And watch my blessings flow

Be still and know that I am God
Be still and know my rivers are broad
Be still by the living waters
Be still they will flow forever
