I can recall thinking at the age of sixteen, when told by my care-takers that I was not to do a certain thing because I was too young, "They don't understand that kids today are much smarter than they themselves were at sixteen; I am as smart right now as I will ever be!"

I did not verbalize such a thing to them, I wanted to live to become seventeen.

We have those in our educational systems that have read everything except religious materials, and they think people are held in bondage by ideas that come from "the old days."

That is a fairly stupid thought, because every adult who is emotionally and mentally mature should know that there are some things that have never changed, nor will they ever change.

Sure enough, all we who are alive now need to be savvy in the use of the new technologies, but really, everything is not totally different than it has been since the beginning of mankind.

I can think of several basic things to mention: the sky is where it has always been and the Sun is there, and the Moon and the stars as well. We have always had hearts that pump blood, and blood is manufactured in bone marrow, nothing new about that. We continue to breathe air. Amazing! Lungs continue to be what they have always been; it rains water, at the least since after The Great Flood.

There could be compiled a lengthy list of things that have not changed nor will they ever change.

Everything is not new or modern: or maybe it is more correct to say that there are many things that remain as modern and as new and up-to-date today for every newcomer to the earth as they were for Earth's first travelers.

It is very cocky of the new comers to assume that they have inbuilt knowledge of how everything works. It is not smart at all to be unwilling to listen to the experience of those who have been on the road for awhile.

Ideally, the older travelers can tell the newer travelers what happens at this or that juncture of the road if you are doing this or that; they can share knowledge and spare the newer travelers a lot of wrecks. The newer travelers can assist the older ones in the use and understanding of new technologies and so walk together.

None of this wisdom sharing is possible if the new travelers assume that, "It will be different now because I am here; my generation will get it right because the old is outdated and useless, nor yet if the seasoned travelers think the new travelers are unable to learn."

Now I don't give a toot to convince you to be a God believer. If you have good sense you should be able to discern that there is God; you cannot either see the air you breathe, so don't use that flimsy excuse.

The responsibility is most often placed on God believers to prove that God exists; I place it back on the unbeliever to prove that He does not exist, and they cannot do it.

All I can say to those who say they do not believe is that they had better be thinking about what comes after death. They say nothing is there, and they do not know that either.

So I give advice to those who are just wondering; don't believe anything until you have checked it out. If you are searching for truth, whatever the truth is, and have no other agenda, then you will find the Truth, but you must look in the Book of Truth.

Atheism is a spoof of the Devil. The Devil has no new tricks, just new people to dupe with his lies.

Some of us have walked this road of life a long time and some of have even died and then came back; there is life after physical death. Even the Atheists who have died and returned know that, and are no longer Atheists.

The Bible tells us the Truth and it can be believed for many reasons but certainly one of the foremost reasons is it's Prophecies.

The prophecies of the Bible are accurate to the letter. They are plain for anyone to know if only they care to read about them.

Those who wish for the Bible to be untrue make many suppositions based on their pale knowledge of the Bible. They offer "reasons why," that are supposed to reason away the facts.

If one is interested in proving the Bible wrong then they should know their Subject, check out the facts therein presented and then remember that the facts of the Scriptures have been there for hundreds and thousands of years, and yet that does not make them irrelevant to us today, because many, many things remain the same as they were from the beginning.

I hear some say that the Bible and Science do not agree, I have noticed that too.

I read everyday some new discovery that Science has made, and today they have to change what they knew as facts only yesterday, because they have found more information; the Bible never changes, and has not been changed in the facts it states, and in the end of finding new truths by the scientific community, they find the Bible was correct from the beginning.

Yep! Our Nation is in a mess. The Newbie's are confused, and I understand why they are confused, but take it from an Oldie, you will do well to check out the Ever-New information of the Bible.

You will find in the Bible some valuable road signs for your trip through life, and also find the Road that will take you to Heaven when you eventually leave the roads of Earth, and you will; that is another very old/new fact of life.
