Jabez, was more Honorable than his brothers, was made plain
And His mother named him Jabez, because she born him in pain
Jabez called on God asking, Oh that YOU would Bless me indeed
Enlarge my territory, that Your Hand be with me, I plead
That YOU would keep me from evil, so I won’t cause any pain
God granted him, what he requested, and Oh what he would gain

If we use The Prayer of Jabez, to ask God, for His Blessings
We must be prepared, for the Life altering changes it brings
You’ll see God’s Hand, work in miraculous, impossible ways
But never forget, to give Him, His Just and Glorified Praise
God yearns to show His Love, through someone, who is willing to ask
In His wonderful Grace and Mercy, we are yearning to bask

When a Jabez moment occurs, you’ll immediately know
With this prayer, it was written, and by Our God’s Word, it is so
God gives this Blessing, upon All, with the Faith in God, to ask
To receive, what is waiting for you, isn’t a difficult task
So, you are asking God, to overwhelm you, with His Blessings
You must be ready, for the awesome consequences, this brings

Note, this is not a selfish request, but God’s Command of you
Just what will you do, with the Favor, He bestows upon you
God wants to work, through you, to show His awesome Power and Grace
Know that His Honor and Glory, is not merely commonplace
Your territory will increase in size, and as you step out
You will do more for God, which is what this Blessing, is about

This will move you, outside of your comfort zone, and time will tell
Where you must cross the line bravely, and bid your old Life farewell
Yes, The Lord will be with you, especially when your face fear
He is always with you, no matter what, I pray this is clear
This increase is not limited, but limitless, YOU will find
Know the struggle to occupy it, in time, shall be refined

He will show you, the impossible is possible, through Him
See, you are merely a vessel, to expose Glory, for Him
God will work through you, to do miraculous things, as you’ll see
Moving you beyond your abilities, unfathomably
By asking God to use you, for you to act on His Behalf
Realize, you become, one of His welcomed and truly Blessed Staff

The Hand of God carries, The Meaning of God’s Awesome Power
Like a bud ready to blossom, to full bloom, you’re His Flower
Protect me from evil, which Satan will surely throw at me
I know that my sin causes pain, for more than just me, you see
Temptation is a constant, you must always be aware of
And its consequences are His Doing, but Just, by His Love

God will protect you, from both human and Spiritual attack
The temptations of the flesh, the World, and Satan, never slack
Yet, it does not mean, that we will always prevail, this is true
Stay vigilantly aware of its signs, know God is with you
God will grant, your request of this Blessing, your Faith in action
My prayer for you, that it’s for God’s Glory and satisfaction
