A cheerful giver

2 Cor 9:7
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Our father in heaven. May your name be hallowed forever. Amen.
He has shown us by example by giving a best seed for your life

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Jn 3:16

He cheerfully gave His life for our ransom. So we are also admonished to cheerfully give

A Cheerful ....hilaros..gk, meaning ...merry ...cheerful ...willing ...prompt, Giver ...dotes..gk, meaning ...giver ...bestow ...deliver up ...minister ...give ...offer, is what God requires.

In other words, giving willingly and promptly. Or cheerfully ministering or offering your seed to God and your neigbor.

How best is your seed?

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Jn 15:13

Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. Rom 4:25

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 1 Jn 3:16

Apostle Paul says, as you have purposed in your heart so let him give. If it is of the heart then it of faith to please the Lord and with reward. With the heart we believe unto righteousness.

Bearing grudge with your seed is not of faith and with no reward because it is not from your heart. And anything not of faith is a sin.

... for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Rom 14:23

For with the heart we believe and give unto righteousness which produces cheerfulness.

We are to cheerfully give or minister our resources, time, knowledge, worship to God and not neglecting our neighbor and environs.

Your giving should be the best of what you have. Not what you do not need. Your best and quality time, money, food etc, you willingly and promptly minister or offer to God and neighbor

As you cheerfully give your seed, it will multiply back to you pressed down and shaken together and overflowing.

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Lk 6:38

Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Eccl 11:1

Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering. Ex 25:2

The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. Pro 11:25

He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor. Pro 22:9

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Acts 20:35

God loves a Cheerful giver like you.
