Situational Ethics

God has been declared … Dead on arrival
And we’re to beware … Any form of revival
Now it’s understood … As we sing the new song
If it feels good … It cannot be wrong

We cannot pray in school … It is not allowed
We are now lead by fools … Who have all become so proud
There is no black or white … It has all become grey
And though we try with all our might … We are not allowed to pray
The rules have all been changed … There is nothing absolute
The world is re-arranged … Refuse to learn the truth
So now to guide our behavior … We are to learn ethics
But dealing only with exterior … These mindless gymnastics

So the new rules to follow … Teaching how … To behave
Are so absolutely hollow … And leads us only to the grave
God’s Ten Commandants … Would solve all our ills
And we would be commended … Believing Jesus paid the bill
