GOD’S HANDICAP

A lot of people look at God and wonder if He can do it - they kind of doubt His ability or His willingness. Too bad.

Modern American Christianity, in spite of its seminaries (or maybe because of them) seems to have its practical faith on life-support. God help us.

But actually, the Most High is not handicapped or supernaturally challenged. But a lot of Western thinking is. So sad.

The Spirit IS willing, but the flesh is weak, scared, doubtful, unbelieving and arrogant. God doesn’t have much to work with. So limiting.

The pagan gods were very limited – they could only deal with one thing. So they had to have many gods. Confusing.

One god for war, the sun, the moon, the flowers, for agriculture, for wealth and one for health. Weak little devils.

But Yahweh, by contrast, can do it all Himself. The LORD God is omnipotent and a lot of other big words. That means big power!

So the Almighty certainly does not need a handicap. He far exceeds the ability of any personage. Just ask Lucifer.

Jehovah says to call to Him and He will answer and show us great and mighty things. Doesn’t sound weak to me!
