THE ART OF BEING OFFENDED


We have a society built on being suspicious and sensitive, where people delight in being insulted!

If anything can be twisted so they feel offended, they will certainly take it that way – they relish being outraged!

It has gone way beyond respect, now they want to silence and destroy anyone who dares to think differently!

If they can possibly imagine anyway in which they are being slighted, they will immediately embrace it!

It has become an advanced art form for people to grab the role of being a poor, helpless victim!

There is the difference between real victims who heroically survive despite overwhelming odds...

And those who just whine and complain, interpreting everything as a personal attack while taking pleasure in victimization.

Perhaps they once were victims somewhere, but instead of facing the issues and dealing with it, they savor being life-long sufferers.

There are many groups and individuals who seek entrance into the realm of victimization, God only knows why.
