My Peace I give unto you

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

There are 2 different kinds of peace ... the one given by the world and the one given by Jesus Christ.

The peace in the world only bestows peace as an absence of war or conflict or a sense of serenity in the environs.

The peace Jesus gives is in your spirit ...heart.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith. Gal 5:22

Peace is a fruit of the spirit ...Gal 5:22...and a believer necessarily must bear it b'cos it is in the DNA of the recreated spirit

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Col 3:15

I have peace with God in jesus name.. Rom 5:1. Do you have it too?

My Peace ...eirene..gk ...shalom...hb, meaning ..set at one ....one ...peace ...quietness ...rest ... safe ... health ..... prosperity, I give you Jesus says.

In other words,
The peace given you by Jesus produces in you rest, health, and prosperity. The overflow of this peace affect your sphere of contact.

Our heart then becomes quiet when you know the king of peace is on the throne reigning in your heart.

He wishes above all that we prosper and be in health ..3 Jn 2

For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; ... so making peace; ...
... And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. Eph 2:14-17

This Peace given us grows in our heart by our continous abiding in the word or by the relationship we maintain with the word ...Jesus Christ

The atmosphere produced by this relationship with the word of God flows to our sphere of contact and you are at peace with your neigbor, even your enemy.

And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. Col 1:20

...the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. 2Thes 3:16

In me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. Jn 16:33

My peace ...eirene..gk...shalom..hb.. I give you not as the world gives Jesus says

In other words Jesus gives us ..rest ..safety ...health ...prosperity ...peace, not as you will look for in the world or outside him but trouble and bondage.

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Heb 13:20-21

The Lord of peace be with you all.
