Do not compare yourself with another, neither seek to be someone else, rather seek to be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. Strive to continually improve on your performance and to break your own records.

It amounts to foolishness to compare yourself with another person and the reason is simple; you are not wired the same way and you don’t have the same purpose for being on the earth, so where is the basis for comparison?  Agreed, they have their strengths, which you no doubt admire hence the desire to be like them, but I guarantee you, if they are human, they also have their weaknesses. As smart as you think they are and as much as you wish to be them, there are areas where they are weak and you are strong.

Many times we look at others and wish we had what they had or we could become who they are but the truth is that becoming who they are will only make us a counterfeit and we have been created originals. Each one of us is here for a unique reason and wired to fulfil that assignment; so you are the way you are for the reason that you are (does that make sense to you) don’t desire to be someone else that will reduce you to a copy, you are not created a copy, you are created an original, unique and special, here for a unique purpose and to fulfil a mandate that only you possibly can.

The world has not seen your kind before and surely after you are gone the world will never again see your kind. So, don’t give the world a copy of another person, it doesn’t need the extra copy, rather give the world the best version of you.
