I am a Princess, but not a Disney kind of Princess. A real life Princess! I am saved by the blood of Jesus, who died on the cross for me, and rose again to give me eternal life. You see, I am a daughter of the King. The King of Kings! When I started reading about the promises of God, I got so excited and realized all the wonderful things that God has promised. It was revealed to me that I am royalty. I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood and holy in His sight.

When I think of an earthly princess and all the benefits that she has, it can be compared in a spiritual comparison too. The fact that my father is a King, it means that I will inherit the kingdom someday. It means that all my needs are supplied, according to His riches in glory. That all I have to do, is ask and according to His will, He will give me the desires of my heart, because He loves me.

As a Princess I am loved and protected. I take comfort in the fact that my Father will keep me safe and comfort me when I need it. He will stand before me and walk beside me. He longs for me to come and sit in His presence, to soak up His wisdom. He loves the fact that I just want to be with Him to fellowship and share my heart with Him. He loves me for me, just the way I am.

You see, He knew us before we were born. There are no mistakes in God’s eyes. He formed us in the womb, and He made us the way He wanted. He chose our hair color, eye color and our body type. We were made in His image, to be like Him. So I will take joy in being a Princess! I am here for a reason, and I will glorify in God who made me. I will believe His promises and live as the Princess that I am.

1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
