Life has never, and will never present itself to be challenge-free. As we rise to face each new day, we are bound to face challenges, whether large or small. In fact, i must say if there is anyone who is not facing one challenge or the other, such has no glory and future.
Challenges are yardstick for success in life, because at the end of every challenge lies promotion, testimony and jubilation. And may i let you know that the higher the challenge you face, the greater the glory thereafter.

Challenges, despite their joyous end, can also destroy one's life, glory and destiny. They can cause premature death both in the spiritual and in the physical realm. They are accompanied with emotional distress and so they piss people off. Overcoming or succumbing to challenges depends on the way we handle them.
However, if anyone must be great, such must not attempt to hide or run from challenges. He who never partakes in a game can never be the winner.
Resultantly, if there is one challenge or the other in your life, first thing to do is to be extremely happy, because that's your promotion examination!
And the next thing is to face, confront or let me say challenge the challenges.
Facing challenges could be very tasking, and requires a great deal of spiritual wisdom. And if challenges are to bow for anyone, there are two major things such must do; confront and have faith.

Mark 11 vs 23
"For assuredly, i say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says". NKJV.

This bible verse tells us what to do to the mountains in our life. It says "whoever says....". This connotes that you are expected to speak to those challenges. That's confrontation! There can be no progress without head-on confrontation. Thus, the best thing to do to help yourself out of that challenge is to develop the right attitude, shrug off your fears and confront with the word of God.

David conquered Goliath not because he was gigantic enough, but because he was courageous enough to confront and speak to Goliath. David replied daringly to all Goliath's confrontations. But take note that those replies were not complains. They were challenging words. Many people are full of complains when they face challenges. Some people even think they are praying but they are only lodging complains. Complains only weaken you, and contrarily, strengthen your challenges.
More interestingly, the bible says Goliath was disdained merely seeing David. He felt indignated and belittled, that was the focal point of David's victory. Thus, mountains will always tremble merely seeing you standing courageously.
In addition, if you read through all the whole armor of God listed in Ephesians 6:13-17, you will discover that there is none meant for the back. That means you are never to turn your back during battle, if you do, then you are much more prone to attack, and the end result will be undesirable. So stand adventurously and speak daringly to those mountains and they shall fall.

The second element to use as stated in this verse is faith. "Whoever says......and does not doubt...., but believes..." The believe Jesus was referring to is nothing but Faith in God. That's why he said in the verse that precedes our text, verse 22, he said "Have faith in God".
Faith is made up of belief and trust. Many
people believe God, but they do not trust
themselves into His keeping and care;
consequently, they are filled with worry
and fear. Many do doubt their believes, and believe their doubt in times of trouble. This will only aggravates the situation. Worry is nothing but practical infidelity. The person who worries reveals his lack of trust in God and that he is trusting too much in self.
Faith in God is very vital when it comes to facing challenges in life. Faith, as little as mustard seed is enough. But the problem is that when we speak to challenges, out faith is not just there to perfect the victory. Read Acts 3:16.
I wondered what David was thinking when he took that stone, even after seeing how huge and harmed Goliath was. Someone else would have doubted if that stone would do any harm to Goliath. Remember David picked those stones before he saw Goliath, but yet after seeing him, he didn't doubt the stone, he still believed it will work, and it did. That's faith! With faith, believing is seeing, contrary to the seeing is believing we are used to in the circular world. You must believe first before you see. That's the rule in the Christendom. Thus, you must accompany your confrontation with faith. Would you not have said " oh, this small stone won't work" if you were in David's shoes?
Listen, that little thing in your hand is strong
enough to destroy those mountains in your life. Just believe it is, and it will be. If you are a person of faith, even death does not mean it's over. It means "to begin again." Faith helps to see beyond the physical. Your faith is just like a stamp that approves your heart desire.
I therefore charge you to speak daringly with faith in God to your mountains, and i tell you assuredly, they will flee. They have no power, they are only capitalising on your fear.
Stand up to your obstacles and do something about them. You will find that they haven't half the strength you think they have.
I pray as you stand to challenge your
challenges with faith in God, they will bow before you in Jesus name.
