You Have A Place Prepared In Christ


St. John 14:2-3 says In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am there ye may be also. You have a place prepared in Christ.

This place which is prepared for you is not just any place. It is the place where the Lord himself dwells. It is a place not made with the hands of man, but with the hands of the Spirit of the living God.

It is not like the corruptibleness of Beverly Hills, California or the Hamptons in New York. It is a place filled with grand mansions and the glory of God. This place has no sorrow, sickness or suffering. As man will have peace with man, so will the lamb and the lion. There will be no strife or bitterness, only brotherly love will abound.

First Corithians 2:9 says but as it is written eye hath not seen nor ear heard, neither have it entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.


I can imagine walking on streets of gold ,enjoying the beauty, glistening and the pureness thereof. The walls that are made with precious stones will melt any woman`s heart indicating that she has literally died and gone to heaven. It is Heaven indeed, a place flowing with milk and honey.

Jesus has prepared a place where our cup of blessings run over. A beautiful paradise that will sweep us off our feet. A place created by the King of Kings and for the children of the King. There is no place like home, there is no place like home. So let us rejoice in the Lord and the saints who are making heaven their homes. Let us praise Him and thank Him for his marvelous works. Let us glorify his name because He` s worthy of the glory.

Jeremiah 29:11 for I know the thoughts that I think towards you saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. That expected end includes a place that is prepared by the Lord for his people from the foundations of the earth.

There is only one way to make it to this special place. It is through faith and by the blood, of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
