An angel appeared to Joseph and said;
“Do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins. All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord’s message through his prophet:
“Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel., which means ‘God is with us.’” Matthew 1: 20-23 NLT

God is still with us today through HIS Holy Spirit!

HE dwells and lives within each and every one of us once we accept God’s gift of HIS precious SON that was born over 2000 years ago in Bethlehem.

Jesus was born that we might live forever with our Lord and Savior. It’s a free gift ….HE was born so that HE could become the sacrificial lamb and shed HIS blood for all of our sins which HE paid for upon that old rugged cross so many years ago. But HE rose again and went to be with our FATHER in heaven until the day that HE returns again to claim us.

In the meantime, while we are living here in this world, which is just our temporary home…..Jesus is sitting on the right hand of GOD praying and making intercession for us. He has a plan for HIS children and is alive and well still today!

Thank you Father, for sending us your son so that we might live not only forever but each and every day is an opportunity to learn to yield our lives and our ways over to you so that we might become who and what you created us to be from the moment we were born.

Just as Jesus was born with a heavenly purpose and plan….we too….we’re giving life for a heavenly purpose and plan.

for TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION….and God is waiting to accept you with open arms!
