To my husband:
When I look up in the sky at the clouds, they remind me of our love...it is amazing to me that tho they are all comprised of just water vapor, they can take on so many shapes and looks.

Sometimes our days are crowded with too many things to do...filling our sky with towering billows of clouds...but no matter how many may fill our day...behind them is the sun of our love, touching the edges of those clouds and turning them to gold...so that, even when we are busy, we can see the evidence of our love in those shining borders...surrounding every thing we do.

Sometimes our sky is mostly blue with little fluffy clouds floating along.... the kind of day where you can lay in the grass and try to guess what shapes the clouds will take as they pass overhead...these are those rare, unhurried days, when we have time to go to the movies, or out to eat, to just spend unhurried time together...like we are lying in the fields of grass together, guessing at the clouds overhead without a care in the world...basking in perfect contentment.

Some days the clouds in our sky are a fragile, brushed layer spread thin across the entire sky...like flowing hair being blown by the wind...these are the days that flow quickly by...like a small boat floating on that river of cloud...the days that go by so quickly that you look back and wonder where the time went...and now and then...among the clouds in our sky, just at sunset, they open a small window and the sun flows through like gold over the edge of the melting pot...and it catches us in it's golden light......and we see how we are held together in love, surrounded by the grace of God, standing together in perfect happiness and joy!
