I was thinking of what our preacher said in his sermon last Sunday.... about blessings...and that so reminded me of our love!

Blessings are the undeserved favor of God.... and my life is full of them...when I accepted the possibility of being alone the rest of my life.... God honored that acceptance and blessed me incredibly by sending you into my life.... the blessing so very out of proportion to my small effort to follow Him as we got to know each other, and our feeling deepened.

God blessed me by transforming our friendship into love.

In our love, God blesses me by the light and joy and happiness you bring into every moment we are together.

In our love, God blesses me in the comfort and peace I have being one with you.

In our love, God blesses me in the path He gives me to follow, now wide enough for two.

In our love, God blesses me in the loneliness that has vanished, the darkness that is dispelled, replacing it with delight and laughter and quiet smiles.

In our love, God blesses me in your arms holding me when I am sad, the shoulder to cry on, the safety replacing fear and anxiety.

He has truly given me 'full measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, poured into my lap.... all these blessings...in you.
