The Star Dancer

Dedicated to my sister Carol

The sparkling stars  sparkle
Painted on God's pristine pallette
A comet wisps across the sky
As watcher's question why.
The moonbeams cast light on the narrow path
The sunlights trailed somewhere past
O, how she longs for the answer
Hiding desire of galaxy dancer
Of stars that sparkle on Christmas Day
To hold and embrace her
Eternally, she prays.





This ballerina is my daughter Elysia.
