For a strong woman

A strong woman is someone who moves with the flow of life. Life may give her a smooth ride or a rough time. She takes everything in stride. She is never rattled with trivial things. She is never taken by surprise. Her character embodies that of a warrior. She is a fighter. She has a brave and gentle soul. She is relentless and is focused in bringing out the best of everything in everyone.

A strong woman does not fight with a sword or a gun. She does not wield her ways without care. She does not have to shout to be heard. She does not flaunt. She communicates with kind words. She works most diligently. She empathizes. She understands.

A strong woman will have her down moments but she will definitely bounces back on her feet. Stronger than ever and more focused and completely rejuvenated. She is only human after all. She may falter and fall. She may commit mistakes. She may make wrong decisions and let her guards down once in a while. But this will not diminish her character. Her faults and imperfections are there for everyone to see and these qualities makes her even more special. She does not hide behind a false facade.

She does not have to be physically strong to be called a ‘strong woman’. She does not have to assert herself strongly. She does not have to dominate, she does not have to manipulate. And she does not have to suppress or control someone else’s feelings, thoughts, dreams, goals, and ambitions.

We all have a “strong woman” in our lives. A best friend, a wonderful sister, a dutiful daughter and most all a loving mother.
